New build car supermarket

This 13 acre development for a new car supermarket facility on the outskirts of Warrington provided a sub-contract including surface water attenuation, reinforced concrete foundations to the showroom and maintenance facility, grading of the external areas for surfacing, hard paved landscaping, service ducting, Section 38 and 278 highway works, and the installation of underground petrol storage tanks.
