Site demolition, remediation and regeneration of site with previous industrial use, to provide 9 new employment units and waste transfer facility with associated parking and landscaping.

Located just outside Bolton on an existing property owned by the client, the works include sequential site clearance, foundations, slab preparation, drainage, ducting, and external had landscaping.

The installation of a 22000l separator tank protects nearby watercourses from contamination.
