105 unit residential housing scheme

The Leaf Street residential development is part of the Hulme Regeneration community scheme funded by One Manchester.

Our sub-contract works include bulk earthworks, site clearance and preparation, reinforced concrete groundbeams and pilecaps, infrastructure drainage, hard landscaping, and Section 278 works.

The project is ongoing, with completion due late 2017.
