34 residential dwellings and 84 unit apartment block

This £12m regeneration project comprises of 34 two bed bungalows and 85 self contained apartments including on-site facilities, providing housing for older people in Darwen Lancashire.

Sub-contract works included 8000m3 bulk earthworks and remediation of heavy contamination, Section 38/104 roads and sewers, foundations, drainage, services and extensive hard landscaping.
