  Infrastructure Works

  We provide full infrastructure solutions for our contracts, working with the design and planning teams to ensure superstructure works can progress efficiently and without delay. Working with the clients design team, we can offer cost related value engineering thus limiting the commercial exposure in the ground from unforeseen costs and risk.

  Roads & Sewers

  One of our core activities, the construction of roads and sewers both to private or adoptable standards provides our customers with site access at an early stage. We regularly deliver Section 38 and 104 schemes to our customers. We also undertake off-site Section 278 schemes for developers and have excellent relationships with local authorities.

  Site Clearance

  Customers benefit from our full range of engineering capacity by utilising us at the earliest stage. Site clearance can progress in tandem with the infrastructure works thus accelerating the works programme.

  Remediation

  Working with the clients geotechnical consultants, we undertake remediation works to ensure the site is cleaned to the required standards, thus allowing redevelopment to commence safely and free of environmental risk or harm.

  Foundations

  Another significant core activity for the company are foundation works. Whether they are simple strip footing or reinforced concrete pads and beams, we repeatedly deliver swift and efficient solutions for our customers, taking the site from pre-start stage to floor level efficiently.

  FRC

  Complimenting the infrastructure and foundations is our ability to deliver insitu formwork and reinforced concrete on a range of projects. Whether it be retaining walls, structural floors, lift pits, or dock levellers, our teams of steel-fixers, shutting joiners, and specialist flooring operatives regularly provide the solution our customers require.

  Sustainable Drainage

  CS Civils & Groundworks have extensive experience in the design and implementation of SUDS schemes and regularly provide solutions in tandem with the clients engineers. Underground storage, swales, retention ponds, grey water schemes have been delivered efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties.

  Parking Areas & Surfacing

  Many of our commercial and retail projects involve large scale parking areas for their end users. We regularly undertake these works, and provide swift efficient coverage with minimal disruption to adjacent tasks.

  Hard Landscaping

  Hard paving and landscaping is often undertaken by the company as part of their contract works. Block paving, flagging, resin bonded surfacing, concrete inprinted surfacing along with street furniture and off site improvements of pedestrian facilities are typical operations we deliver.
