700000+ Sq Ft mixed use commercial development

The Liverpool Shopping Park scheme will total 727,000 sq ft of mixed-use commercial development and comprise 41 retail units, parking for 1500 cars and a number of leisure units in two phases.

Phase 1 of the scheme incorporates the redevelopment of three sites along Edge Lane. Phase 2 of the scheme will incorporate speculative retail units as well as leisure units.

Sub-contract works included RC foundations, bulk excavation, attenuation tanks, foul and surface water drainage, services installations, and hard landscaping.
